Hi Kumar,
When you power on the laptop, do you see the normal loading screens or the screen remains black as if the laptop is not switched on?
If you see the normal loading screens, but your PC can not boot to Windows, you may be facing a hard drive issue. I recommend you to open BIOS and check if the hard drive is correctly recognized.
If your screens remains black and you cannot see anything, there may be some power related issue or a hardware problem. Can you hear some beeping? If your laptop is under warranty, I strongly recommend you to contact the reseller.
