System crashed

Hello,

ai iam using windows 7.as i was downloading somw software my comuter suddenly went off nd turned black screen.When i restartes only i see is black screen.Can you suggest a solution for this.

Have you attempted to start in Safe Mode? (using F8 after you see Windows Logo). Then restore the system to a data and time before you downloaded the virus.
