No audio output device is installed

Hello,I recently rebooted my Dell Optiplex GX520 when it installed Windows 7 it came out with No Sound when I click on the Volume it says No Audio output is installed,how can I install it?Any website where I can download Sound drive that is working I have been trying other Downloadable Sound Driver. But they are not working Please Help

                    I suggest you download SlimDrivers.  It will identify, download and install all the latest drivers for your system.  Just Google the name for a download location.
