My Magic Jack quit working. I see the reason is the 8-pin cable is damaged at one end with the plug pulled loose. This is is the connection between the router port and the MagicJack USB ported unit. I have hooked up as a replacement a 8-pin Cat. 5E cable but the Magic Jack connection has not reactivated and I now get a voice prompt to call Magic Jack customer service. Help!
