Hi Oliver,
It seems you are facing a power related issue. I recommend you to disconnect the power cable and remove the battery. Hold the power button for 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable. Try to turn on the laptop. If the issue persists and your laptop is under warranty, I recommend you to contact the seller. If the warranty has expired, contact the laptop manufacturer’s tech support and, if you have the option, try using another power cable.
