Hey there, Dusti!
There should be an SSD format option on your phone. The Android OS always features that. You can contact the phone manufacturer's customer support and ask for assistance on how to do that, or check the phone's "user's manual". In the meantime, I'd suggest that you try the memory card with a different device (preferably a computer) and try to format and use it, to make sure that it isn't faulty.
