Media device not found

Hello,
I formatted my compaq laptop and try to install aduio driver.It shows that error,Installation failed,Media device cannot found.I have not disk of it nor sp.But I have those drivers in local disc D whick I haven't formatted.Can you help me?

The media device is not available

Hello,

Why don't u use the drivers in ur D disk ?
U can also use more recent drivers doxnloaded here https://www8.hp.com/us/en/home.html?pageDisplay=support

If u have 2 divers, u must first install UAA, then the audio device.
