Windows live Keeps saying missing dllcore

will not let me open. Keeps saying I am missing a dllcore. I tried removing and downloading again, Then it says I am not on the internet

Thank you if anyone can help I will greatly appreciate it

From MS answers:

Close down all running programs
Open Programs and Features in Control Panel
Find Windows Essentials, click on it and then on Uninstall/Change.
In the window that opens, select Repair all Windows Essentials programs.
When it's finished, restart the computer and try to launch WLMail.

Try this 1

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Shared and copy wldcore.dll

Paste it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Mail and to the other Live programs ..

Tried it all still not solved I can open outlook
