Help-my email was hacked and can't seem to prove my ownership

Hello,

My hotmail account had been hacked and I can't get into my email even after answering all the security questions provided--with the help of family and friends. I'm at the point where I'm changing my facebbok and LinkedIn adding my new gmail address as I have given up on trying to prove my ownership to my own email address. I've lost so many infos stored in my hotmail inbox and am at the point where i don't know what else to do since I can't seem to be able to prove I am the owner of
