Hi Hans,
Please open Disk Management and check if the drive has a correct file format. Do you have valuable data on the drive? If you do not have, format it and check if the issue persists. I recommend you to try the drive on another PC. Open Device Manager, search for the device and uninstall it. Restart the PC and plug the pen drive back in.
