Pc to pc network connection

Hello,

I am vinay.Have a problem with pc-pc connection i have two pc's with xp i have installed lan card in each system, and connected with cross cable and given IP Adress as 192.168.0.1 for one system ,and 192.168.0.2 for another
pc and shared the files and printer. from both pc's iam able to ping (i.e getting reply) but i can access files only from one pc. eg:from 192.168.0.1 i can access 192.168.0.2 , from 192.168.0.2 i cant access the 192.168.0.1 pc but able to ping the pc it is displaying cant access the 192.168.0.1 you dont have permissions etc...

pls if any one can help me in this issue
