Hi Chinu,
Are you using your WD Blue drive with a laptop through some adaptor? If so, there may be a problem with the cable and I strongly recommend you to try with another cable and on another PC. I suppose this is a storage drive and does not contain OS. In order to confirm if the drive is working properly, connect it to a desktop PC, using a SATA connection. If possible backup all important data and use Data Lifeguard Diagnostic to check the drive for errors. Please let me know, if there is any progress.
