Turn on your radio
Go to concerts

I've found a lot of ways to listen to music on the computer. One is obviously iTunes or some other place where you can buy music for a monthly or per-song fee.
You can also try radiotunes.com (used to be sky.fm) which is an internet-based radio station. You can listen even without registering for the site.
If your local library has music CDs to borrow, you can borrow them and play them with just about any modern computer disc drive.
