this is what I saw when I try to open my facebook account ,Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Plz help me how can I get back I need my Facebook as soon as possible

Facebook wants to verify your identity, hence you must submit documents.
