I dont have email address access now even my phone no.is no longer activated.i been trying at help support..they give a link yes..when i go sign in pages there is key word..how can open this ..i forgot my email password too.pls help me..my email address deleted by moderator. Thank in advance..

How can i recover it..i can not sign there is key account..my alternate email address and phone no.there is no longer activated.and i fogot email password.please help ke asses me i need to open it a soon as possible.here is my email address deleted by moderator.i know the secret question..pls gve me a chance..to ope it.i have fb activated.is there possibility i can recve in a way to recover my account?pls help..thank u in advance..
