Acer turns on for a second then shows black screen!

Hello, when I turn on my Acer it starts loading but then shows a black screen!

When my laptop was working I was using a virus remover because I had like 1,000 threats. I did not finish removing the threats so this might be the issue. If you guys could tell me how to turn my laptop back on id be able to remove the threats!

How to fix-
Unplug everything from computer and turn it on. Pres. alt+F10 and restore to factory settings

You may have deleted critical Windows files. It's possible that the only solution is to restore the PC to its factory state.
