How to recover a mail deleted an year ago

Hello,

I have deleted a mail 1 year ago which contain a pdf attachment which was sent to me by me. Bt I need that now. Could you please help me to recover back the mail

Hello

All mails that are deleted, after 30 days, are erased from the server and have gone somewhere at light speed into space.

They cannot be recovered, yet they may be someday be read by some other life form.
