I can,t access my hotmail account at all

I have an hotmail account since more than 18 years and I log it in almost every day. Since last two days , I can not log into my account. After filling in user,s name and password, I receive a message that some thing has gone wrong. Reload the page.After reloading the page , same message.
I can access my hotmail via my I-phone. But not via desktop ,

If some one can offer a solution please.
