Upgraded to 10. Outlook Email's gone. Froze on blue Del screen

Downloaded to windows ten. Soo bummed. My outlook Email is gone. Restarted pC and it locked up on the blue DELL screen. Cant turn power off. Should I remove battery? How do I get outlook back? SOS. Thanks, Sharon
