Hi Zeus,
Basically, when you press the power button you cannot see the manufacturer’s logo and cannot open BIOS? Is the beep a single one or it is more like a combination of beeps? I recommend you to try booting from an OS installation drive. If the installation starts, try using the Repair option. I presume you have no important data on the drive, so a clean installation may be an option too. Let me know if there is any progress!
