Hi Jignesh Raval,
I recommend you to open Disk Management and find your pendrive. Right click on it and select Assign Drive letter. If the drive already has a drive letter, try to assign a new one. Try to access it again from My Computer. I strongly recommend you to check the device on another PC. Check the topic below for some additional suggestions.
