Big mess up

Hello,
Ive made the biggest mistake I disactivated my screen to view my monitor on tv So I disactivated my VGA on my laptop. After that I would restart my laptop and I would be able to see the 1st which is the name brand (Acer) the 2nd screen which was Windows XP loading but than I would be able to hear the chimes of window loading up but couldnt see it anymore. So I started restarting my laptop by pressing F8 and restarting it on every different Mode there ex Safe Mode VGA Mode Reboot everything.. Now I can see the first 2 screens I mentioned before but now Windows XP does load anymore I hear no more chimes.. What Happened? and What can I possibly do now. I have important stuff on it
