When you see the manufacturer screen, is it possible to press any button and open the BIOS menu? If you are able to open it, check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. If you are not able to open the menu or the hard drive is not recognized I would suggest you to call the manufacturer’s technical support, especially if the laptop is under warranty.
If the PC is running normally BIOS should be accessible without problems. If accessing it is a problem, there may be a RAM memory or a motherboard issue. Please, let me know if there is any progress.
