My folder files can't be open

Hello, I was going to pass my Thesis. Then I went to this printing shop ang printed it for the first round. Then the second one was that I was planning to bind it. After that when I open my external drive the folders can't be open anymore.

I suggest you find a local PC repair shop that is good with virus removal. It appears that picked up a virus at the "print shop".
