                    Hey there, Sagar.
First, you should backup all the important data which you have on that drive, just to be on the safe side. After this is done, you could try the drive with different SATA cables and a different SATA port on your mother board, or even better - with a different computer, to see if the same thing happens.
I'd also recommend that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and test the drive, to see if there's anything alarming with the HDD.
