Dell laptop user profile service failed

Hello,
I am using a Dell laptop. When I click the start/power button to on the laptop, administrator and guest options displayed on the screen. However when I insert may password for the administrator 'The user profile service service failed the logon' and 'user profile can not be loaded' is displayed on the screen. when I click guest it works/opens.How do I solve this? I'm waiting your help to solve this. Thank you in advance for your help.
