Hi Rahul,
This is what comes in services manual of HP 6530:
Power light
● On: The computer is on.
● Blinking: The computer is in the Sleep state.
● Blinking rapidly: An AC adapter with a higher power rating
should be connected.
● Off: The computer is off or in Hibernation.

1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
