Laptop Randomly just turned off

Hello,
I have an Acer aspire V and it Randomly just turned off and whenever I restart or turn it on the laptop just messes up and I get a black screen , I've tried the pull out the battery and hold down the power button but that doesn't work. Help me

well basically it restarts the computer and then screen goes black nothing else

its the watchdog error
