Laptop won't boot says Starting Automatic Repair

Hi. My laptop is an Acer. And when I go to start it, it says, Starting Automatic Repair. Then it'll say, Diagnosing your PC. Then it'll take me to this weird page I've tried all of the options I'm restarting it, wiping it clean, right now. Any suggestions?
