How can I retrieve year old E-mailClosed

Question

Hello, 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 49.0.2623.87
There is no Trash label in any page of my Gmail E-mail.
I can't retrieve one year old deleted message, nor I can
send any E-mail to Gmail as they didn't keep their Contact 
addss in Web page.
Pls adv :
1) How can I retrieve  year old E-mail
2) If  anyone have Phone number or E-mail addss of : "" GMAIL HELP CENTRE""

If Gmail has not deleted the messages from the server, you can recover deleted emails after deleting them from your trash folder. You must open your gmail then click the drop down grey arrow on the left from your search box at the top of the screen. It will then ask you several question such as to: or from, subject, key words or date within. Click on the blue search button on the bottom left of the search box and all of your deleted emails should be revealed.
