Laptop help!!!!!!

Hello,

the space bar and enter key on my laptop are not working I have a pc and I have tried firing off and on my sticky keys and my toggle keys and my filter keys nothing is working please help!!!!! ( I am typing this on my phone)

can you test using an external USB keyboard? If the external keyboard works OK then you need to replace the internal keyboard.
