Plz help! Gmail recovery

Hello,
I've tried all of the recovery options t my gmail. Im able to use the email I need to recover to log in t Facebook, I no longer have the phone number to recover by SMS or last password. All Google accounts I've had have my picture. Can sm1 please assist.
