Sorry but we do not provide passwords for Hotmail, we are CCM not Hotmail.
If you paid $15, you were extorted. Microsoft does not charge for Hotmail accounts. If you provided confidential information about your account it may have hacked.
Hotmail has now been replaced by Outlook.com so Hotmail is now Outlook.com and your Hotmail account should work in Outlook.com.
