Hi,

I just bought my laptop almost a month and suddenly it cannot power on. I had sent it to the center and unfortunately after two days it cannot power on again.

I had read all the solution about lenovo but most of them need me to take out the battery while my laptop had battery embedded in it.

Any solutions?

It appears that you have what, in the USA, is called a lemon. iF IT'S UNDER WARRANTY is suggest you try to get it replaced.

Good luck

Hi xpcman,

Thanks for reply.
But what do you mean by "get it replaced"? Did you mean the laptop itself?
If it is, I had tried to get a replace(new laptop) from the service center, but they said it can only be replaced within a week after been bought and they only perform power reset.

Should I call the HQ here to ask for other solution?
