Conditional formatting, graded color scale Closed

Question

Hello, 

I use graded color scale from green to red to color cells based on value
Example:
Value (color)
1 (green)
10 (yellow)
20 (red)

If my values instead are:
Value (color)
1 (green)
19 (red with a hint of yellow)
20 (red)

Is there an easy way to use conditional formatting but to only grade them according to 1st, 2nd, 3rd value without weighing the value?

Hello, 

To provide help, regarding this formula's is not easy one, no body spent time and run the formula's on their own pc and provide help to others, but here in CCM there are some volunteers who provide help in taking time to workout with the formulas you asking for, by executing on their own pc.
