Transferring files

Hello,

I have a Samsung galaxy tab A tablet, model number SM-t350. I attempted today to transfer a video file from my PC to the tablet and was unsuccessful. I searched the Internet and found your page that gave instruction to change the wireless and networking setting. However, I do not have that tab under setting. When connected to my PC, on my tablet I do have the box checked to transfer files. I was wondering if you had any other possibly fixes for this issue?
