MacBook Air can't locate my PICO mp3 player file

Hello,
We in the past purchased a PICO mp3 player and haven't attempted to put music on it before. We recentlly got a MacBook Air and have tried to download music onto the mp3 player but the MacBook can't seem to find the file. What's wrong? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
