Retrieving password with a new cell #

Hello,

I no longer have the cell phone I used when I set up that gmail/Google account & everything is linked to my old (812)****** number, I can't remember my password & the questions they ask me like when I signed up for google, I really can't remember that it was so long ago! So I just need to know how I can get my email back? I had to create another account & everything just so I could access my new phone because I couldn't remember my password! Thank you!
