Laptop is restarting without running

I have a laptop Acer Aspire 5739G, have update the bios and laptop stalled doing this.

After a restart, the laptop don't get running. The laptop restart and shut down after a few seconds and restart again and again....

It's not possible to access the bios before the laptop shut down...

Please help me....

You destroyed the BIOS and the CHIP must be replaced with a correctly programmed one. You will probably need to buy a used motherboard to obtain the required chip.
