Comp does''t recog my 4gb transcend

Hello,
my transcend 4gb pen drive isnt recognised by any computer.it was properly working till yesterday when the lights suddenly went off .(comp now says its malfunctioned).ive' some very imp data in it.wat shall i do

I think your flash drive is damaged. this is a frequent problem

hmmf... unfortunately your flash drive had crashed just like mine.. and until now I'm trying to find a way to fix it..
but in your case since it has imp. files on it all you can do is recover those files... HEres what you do... download any file recovery software but i suggest FILE SCAVENGER from KILLDISK.COM... hope i helped
