Can't get on facebook

Hello, My facebook name is ***** and I have been trying to log into my account for over a week and nothing seems to work I can see notifications on my email from Facebook but I can't log in, it says confirm identity, which I've tried doing more than three times and nothing has happened....so can someone help me please I don't know what to do and this Facebook I have is really important to me, I also don't want to make a new one cause I don't want to start everything over with sending friend request to people I know.
