Lagging in Windows 8 64-Bit

Hello,

I have:
Intel Core2duo @3.00 @3.00 E8400
Ram 4GB
Nvidia Quadro FX-1700 512MB 124-Bit
Path 1.0.7 (updated)
Windows 8
All the drivers are updated but the game laggs very much even in full low setting! :(
Suggest me a tip....! PLEASE anyone..

That's a low end video card. You probably need to replace it for better game performance.
