Yahoo Mail Won't Let Me Log In!

Hello,

Basically this morning i created a new yahoo mail account for this event im working on it was all going well sending emails until earlier this afternoon. The page froze so I refreshed then once it refreshed it had logged me out. I have tried everything to log back in but yahoo keep telling the account don't exist or the password and user don't match. When I enter my phone number for recovery the account won't even show on there which it should! I don't know what else it could be but i need access back to the account asap to handle bookings as at the moment emails wont send to the address!
