My dell inspiron 15 core i3 3521 p28f is coming on but doest not go to windows(10) it just got stucked on they dell for some hours now please help me out. I need you please

Did you try F11 (after start-up) to get to the Dell hardware diagnostics screens? You might get a better idea where the problem is after you run the diagnostics.
It appears you have a hardware problem that will not allow Windows to boot.
Sorry there is no magic fix that we can recommend.
