Yes VERY POSSIBLE!
In the Boot file, call the excel file. When the excel file opens, make a logic check!
There you go!
You will need elevated rights to save the boot file in the proper location. Make certain you have it run for all users! HINT:Don't make everyone an admin in order to run it!
