I need clarification that we can create due date alert from an Excel file when windows start up. Is it possible. If yes, Please advice how to create it.
Either windows startup or through Alert mail. Please help...

Yes VERY POSSIBLE!
In the Boot file, call the excel file. When the excel file opens, make a logic check!
There you go!
You will need elevated rights to save the boot file in the proper location. Make certain you have it run for all users! HINT:Don't make everyone an admin in order to run it!
