Hello raj,
It's a very unpleasant situation that you're in, but let's try some things before we give up, shall we? :)
1. If you have another SATA cable or power cable, change them.
2. If you have more than one SATA port on the motherboard of your Pc, please reconnect the HDD onto it and check afterwards if the BIOS sees it.
3. If you have an external case for hard drives, try to put it in there and connect it to a computer via USB port.
