My z does not work on my macbook air

Hello,

my z does not work on my mac. My mac writes the z without me doing anything. but when i want to write it myself i have to click the keyboard om my screen. i have tried an other keyboard and that doesn't work ether i think is is a software or hardware thing. does anyone have the same problem and if so does anyone have the solution?
