Recover Yahoo mail account

Hello,

I can not get my Ya e mail back which is deleted by moderator@Yahhoo,com my cell is deleted by moderator my home number is deleted by moderator. Dell gave a new e mail way back which was deleted by moderatorYahoo.com and it is connectted to Face book too. I have ***@*** and that is the only one I have now as of today. On the 31st it was ok but now it is back to deleted by moderatorYahoo.com and that is the same e mail with fb. I cant lose it it as all my pics of my mom who is dieing down and i am ready to set the interent all toghter Debbie Anderson
