Is this a new drive?
Often this type of problem is due to a counterfeit drive with fake storage.

Hi Vipul,
Is this a new pendrive or you have been using it without any problems? If the data on the drive is not valuable, I strongly recommend you to format the drive and delete all the partitions. Update your anti virus software and do a complete system scan. If this is a new drive and keeps working strangely, contact the seller and ask for suggestions.
