My laptop should be in US English. It is in Portuguese

Hello,
I am in the language of Brazil which worked fine until 2 days ago. I have Russian,Italian and more to talk to others in different countries that are friends but my laptop everything is in Portuguese which being in US don't know so I'm lost on my laptop and don't know what to do a restore 3 days ago or a download SOS sending an SOS

The first question is what version of Windows are you using?

Some versions do not allow the display language to be changed.
